Cancellation, refunds & plan changes

Paid subscription purchases may be refunded within 24 hours, subject to the following fair-usage calculation:

• Time LimitYour refund request must be submitted within 24 hours of the initial transaction timestamp.
• Usage DeductionUsed page credits are charged at the effective unit price of the amount actually paid. The refundable amount equals the actual payment minus the value of used credits. Usage charges are rounded up to the nearest cent.
• Plan AllowanceMonthly plans use one month of included credits. Annually billed plans use twelve months of included credits when calculating the effective unit price.

After 24 hours, the transaction is non-refundable. If usage consumes the entire applicable allowance, the refundable amount is zero. Any amount already refunded is deducted to prevent duplicate refunds.

If you choose to upgrade from monthly billing to annually billed service:

Prorated Credit: The value of your remaining, unused monthly subscription time will be automatically credited toward the price of your new annually billed plan.

Finality of Upgrades: Because unused credits are applied immediately to lower your upgrade cost, all subscription upgrades are final and non-refundable.

• Auto-RenewalSubscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled prior to the renewal date.
• Cancel AnytimeYou may cancel your subscription auto-renewal at any time through your Account Settings.
• Access After CancellationUpon cancellation, you will retain full access to your paid features until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds will be issued.
